112.ua: JCCC reports militants don’t guarantee safety for renovating phone connection

The Donbas militants don’t give guarantees of safety for conducting a renovation of the mobile connection equipment of Ukrainian phone provider on the occupied territory of Donetsk region, the JCCC informed, according to the Ukrainian Army HQ on Facebook.
