The first e-visa has been issued in Ukraine. The receiver is a citizen of Thailand. Pavlo Klimkin, the head of Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry tweeted this on April 5.
‘The system of visa issuance works – we just issued the first Ukrainian e-visa to a Thai citizen. We’re going to the fully operative mode’, he wrote.
