Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin considers low rating of Kyiv by the Economist Intelligence Unit (UK) unfair. The minister said this on his Twitter page.
“Sometimes the ratings are far from reality. I like Kyiv and I think that the city turned out to be in the 131st place on the list of The Economist journal unjustly, ” he wrote.
