Ukraine is interested in the further economic cooperation with Germany and expects the increase of German funds. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko claimed this at the meeting with Vice-President of Bundestag Wolfgang Kubicki. Vitali Klitschko stressed that today Ukraine is a niche market, the press office of the Mayor reports.
He also noted that one of his objectives, as the mayor of the Ukrainian capital is for Kyiv to have as many as possible foreign representatives for the realization of important international projects. Vitali Klitschko expressed hope that Ukraine and Germany could implement many joint plans, in particular, in the economic realm, in machine-building, agricultural sector, and cultural projects.
