The representative of Kremlin explained why the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko is not in the sanctions list. As the Press Secretary of Russia’s President Dmitry Peskov said, it would be “beyond all reason” to impose sanctions against Poroshenko, as he told to the journalists, TASS reported.
