The difficulties of the visit of the prisoners by the ombudswomen of Russia and Ukraine connected with “serious constraints of confidence of the parties and delaying of the agreements.” Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson of the Russian president claimed this as TASS reported.
“Really, the situation is difficult,” he said and noted that “the sides hold quite hard work”.
