Law enforcers detained LNR (Luhansk People’s Republic, – ed.) on the border with the occupied Crimea. He escaped from the members of the illegal armed formations, as Oleg Slobodyan, the Advisor of the Head of Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service, reported on Facebook.
