The lawmakers from the socialists, democrats and greens fraction of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) plan to visit the east of Ukraine on November 1 to figure out the situation with the security and working conditions of the OSCE SMM. Frank Schwabe, the Chairman of the fraction, spokesperson for the human rights and humanitarian aid of the SPD in the German Bundestag made such statement as Ukrinform reported.
