Both sides are impeding the monitors of OSCE to move in Donbas. However, most of the cases are taking place in the south of the occupied territory in the Donetsk region. Aleksandr Hug, Vice-Chairman of OSCE, Hromadske reports.

‘It happens on either side; however, it is more on uncontrolled by the state territories. Especially, in the south of the Donetsk region, uncontrolled Ukraine. It is a patch of land almost 30km in width, reaching the Sea of Azov. We have repeatedly been stopped and wasn’t allowed to do our work,’ he stressed.
