112.ua: Mobile network in occupied part of Luhansk region restored

A resident in the hope of catching a signal from cell towers makes a call by a leaflet reading "MTS is available here" in one of the few places available for mobile connection provided by Vodafone Ukraine (former MTS) in Donetsk on February 2, 2018.Every day dozens of people in the Ukrainian rebel stronghold of Donetsk gather on a windswept railroad overpass not far from the frontline despite the risk of coming under fire.
