EU High Representative for Common Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini stated that Brussels will continue the dialogue with Ukraine on the possible violation of minorities rights by the law on education, based on the conclusions of the Venice Commission. Mogherini said this on Oct.16 in Luxembourg at a press conference following the meeting of the EU Council on Foreign Affairs.
