The representatives of OSCE condemn the fact that Ukrainian institutions spread fake information on the “murder” of Arkady Babchenko, a Russian journalist. Harlem Désir, OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, wrote this on Twitter.
The OSCE representative stated that the state should provide reliable information.
