The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted a resolution on the release of the Ukrainian political prisoners in Russian and Crimea on June 28 in Strasbourg. 77 PACE members voted for the decision, 15 abstained. 112 Ukraine broadcasted the event.
