In Ukraine, on October 15, the pilot project during which the drivers who exceed the speed limit were not fined but verbally warned about the consequences of such actions has finished. Since October 16, the police begin to fine such drivers as Oleksy Biloshytsky, the First Deputy Head of Patrol Police reported on Facebook.
