The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko urges the Verkhovna Rada to exclude the norm on deploying of Russian Black Sea fleet in Sevastopol so that after Crimea returns to Ukraine, the Russian base would not be there. The President said it during his annual speech in the Parliament, broadcasted by 112 Ukraine.
