The State Financial Monitoring Service of Russia has blocked the transfer of the funds to the account of Pavlo Hryb, the Ukrainian arrested in Russia. He is unable to buy the necessary medicines and drinking water as his father Ihor Hryb reported on Facebook.

‘For a long time, we have demanded from the administration of the remand center to allow Pavlo to buy (for his own funds) vital medicines and food. And now here is another ‘step’ of the Russian side. This information was received after the visit of Pavlo by the Ukrainian consuls at the remand center in Krasnodar last week. It is hard to define it in other words than the mockery. It is unknown how the sick organism will stand 9, 5 months of the arrest, the absence of the medicines and usual drinking water (it is bought in the remand center)’, Ihor Gryb wrote.
