Russia officially broke the bilateral agreement on military supplies with Ukraine. The respective message appeared on Russian official web portal of legal information.
According to this document, the agreement, signed in 1995, stipulated conditions of supplies of military vehicles, weaponry and equipment. Due to the said document, it ceased to act on March 28.
