The Moscow Court on December 14 refused to satisfy the lawsuit filed by the German company Siemens against the Russian concern Technopromexport on the return of two gas turbines that had been moved to the Crimea. This is reported by the Interfax agency.
Siemens said that the delivery of two gas turbines to the Crimea was illegal and occurred behind the back of the company, which was confirmed by its own investigation.
