The criminal proceeding is opened in Russia against a citizen of Ukraine, captain of fishing vessel YMK-0041 detained in the Black Sea on May 4 as Interfax-Ukraine reported citing FSB.
‘In the result of the events held against the crew members of the YMK-0041 fishing vessel detained on May 4, it was established that the Ukrainian sailors cast the set nets for the fishing of flounder in the exclusive economic zone of Russia and the fishing of this fish is forbidden since the mid of April until the mid of June 2018, in the waters of the Black Sea throughout the territory of the continental shelf’, the message said.
