Mikhail Fedotov, the Chairman of the Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation sent a letter to Lyudmila Denisova, the Ukrainian ombudsman, where he stated that three wounded prisoners of war kept in Lefortovo prison were provided with the appropriate medical treatment and they did not need hospitalization. The Ukrainian ombudsman wrote this on Facebook.
