112.ua: Russia to send another `humanitarian aid` to Donbas on August 24

Emergencies Ministry of Russia is to send the 68th so-called “humanitarian convoy” to occupied Donbas on August 24, according to their press service.

“Tomorrow the cars will leave Don rescuing centre of Russia’s Emergencies Ministry, and will go to Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts of Ukraine,” the message says.
