Former Head of Odesa Oblast Mikheil Saakashvili claimed he would appeal against him being stripped off Ukrainian citizenship in the Administrative Court. If that doesn’t work, he intends to address the European Court of Human Rights, as he said in an interview forUkrainska Pravda.
“You said you would appeal against the decision in court. Which court? – We will address the Administrative Court. If the Administrative Court doesn’t work out, we will go to Strasbourg. – You mean the European Court of Human Rights? – Yes,” the media reports.
