Thorbjørn Jagland, the Secretary-General of the Europe Council, claimed that Oleg Sentsov, the Ukrainian filmmaker imprisoned in the Russian Federation has to be released for humanitarian reasons. The Secretary-General claimed this after the meeting with Tatyana Moskalkova, the Russian ombudsman today on Wednesday, June 20, according to Interfax Ukraine.
