The National Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine (UA: PBC) filed the complaint towards the freeze and the initiation of the arrest of 15 million of Euro of guarantee of Eurovision-2017 holding. The Chairman of the National Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine (UA: PBC) Zurab Alasania claimed this as Interfax-Ukraine reported.
