You're reading: 112.ua: Ukraine appeals to UN International Court on Russia’s funding of terrorism

Apart from six lawsuits Ukraine filed to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), Ukraine has also filed some to the UN International Court, as Pavlo Petrenko, Justice Minister, said at the briefing on August 13, 112.ua reports.

“There are also two cases in the UN International Court which concern the ban of funding terrorism (Russia’s violation of these Conventions), prohibition of discrimination on any grounds. And the third case is in the International Tribunal concerning violations of Ukraine’s rights for subsoil assets and landscapes, which Russia occupied,” he said.
