Ukrainian diplomats and the European Commission agreed on the common basic principles of EU energy rules implementation in Ukraine. The country’s foreign minister Pavlo Klimkin posted this on Twitter.
‘We agreed with the European Commission on the principles of use of European energy rules in Ukraine. We should become a part of the common EU market. It will be the best guarantee for us and the EU, as we take common positions in this regard,’ he wrote.
