112.ua: Ukraine, Russia and OSCE talk POW as key priority in Minsk meetings

The release of Ukrainian POWs is the main question discussed by the Minsk trilateral group, which aims to find the peaceful way of solving the armed hostilities in eastern Ukraine.

This round of talks, traditionally held in the Belarusian capital is the ninth since the beginning of this year.
