112.ua: Ukraine to stop electricity supply to separatist-held Luhansk region

Luhansk energy association (LEO) is planning to turn off the electricity in the separatist-held part of the Luhansk region on April 25. This was reported by the director general of the LEO Volodymyr Hrytsay on air of Luhansk regional TV.
