The ceremony of raising Ukraine’s state flag took place in the Belarusian capital, right before the August 23 meeting of Minsk talks group began.
As the festive moment on the occasion of the Flag Day was over, the officials got back to work. At today’s session, subdivisions of the group and the group itself discuss the ceasefire offer, made by the Ukrainian party.
