The Ukrainian delegation to the UN has called the reaction of the Security Council to the conflicts, escalations and violations of the international law ‘slow and inconsistent due to the abuse of the veto right by some permanent members, particularly Russia. Volodymyr Yelchenko, Ukraine’s Permanent Representative to UN claimed this at the open debates at the Security Council as Ukrinform reported.
