The access of Ukrainian and Russian Ombudsmen to the prisoners have to be synchronized and based on the principle of mutuality. Ukraine’s Ombudsman Lyudmyla Denisova said this on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.
“Our president has fulfilled all the agreements. He really lifted the access ban to Ukraine for Tatyana Moskalkova. However, all the rest requires synchronization and mutuality in actions. If I cannot get to our prisoners, then Mrs Moskalkova also cannot visit Russian prisoners in Ukraine,” she said.
