Lyudmyla Denysova, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights appealed to Tatiana Moskalkova, the Russian ombudswoman with a request to check the conditions of Volodymyr Balukh, the illegally detained Ukrainian activist in the detention center as the press service of Denysova reported.
