Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmyla Denisova asked to Russia’s Ombudswoman Tatiana Moskalkova with a demand to allow her to visit Volodymyr Balukh in the remand center. The Ukrainian side promises a visit to Kyrylo Vyshynsky in the exchange for this as Denisova reported on Facebook.
She claimed that the fact of the beating of Balukh was confirmed by a lawyer and Klyment, the Archbishop of Simferopol and Crimea.’
