Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmyla Denisova asked Russian colleague Tatiana Moskalkova to help in the release of filmmaker Oleg Sentsov through Russia’s President Vladimir Putin as she reported on Facebook.

“I appealed to Russian Commissioner for Human Rights Tatiana Moskalkova with a request to help in the release of Oleg Sentsov from the arrest due to the humanitarian reasons and appeal with a proper request to Russian President,” Denisova wrote.
