Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmyla Denisova has received a letter from Mikhail Fedotov, the adviser of Russia’s president that reveals the health state of Ukrainian political prisoner Oleg Sentsov, as the press service of ombudswoman reported.
According to Fedotov, Sentsov is under outpatient monitoring due to the locomotor system disease. Today is the 138th day of his hunger strike and the individual dynamic medical monitoring is established.
