Ukrainian Liudmila Surzhenko was released from Donbas militant captivity, as Deputy Head of Luhansk Oblast Yuriy Klymenko wrote on Facebook.

He informed that Liudmila was detained by militants on July 13, when she was crossing the inter-entity boundary line in Stanytsa Luhanska, for not complying with their commands. The woman has had difficulty hearing since childhood and she uses hearing aid device, which ran out of power at the moment.
