In Kharkiv, unknown people abused a monument to the soldiers of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army. This was reported by the press service of the National Police in Kharkiv region.
It is reported that the report came to Kyiv police station on March 13 at 7:00 p.m. Investigative group that arrived at the place found that the unknown drew a swastika with a red paint on the monument.
