Kyiv Court of Appeal has partially satisfied the complaint concerning the decision of the First Instance Court on the case of Vyacheslav Veremiy’s murder to sentence Yuriy Krysin to five years of imprisonment, as Ukrainian News reported.
“The Court ordered to satisfy the complaint of the Prosecutor’s Office and the victims’ representatives. The Court canceled the sentence of the first instance and decided to sentence Krysin to five years of imprisonment,” the message says.
