In the result of the breach of the water-pipe “Horlivka – Toretsk” in diameter 900 mm near Horlivka (in the so-called grey zone) the public water supply was stopped in Toretske, Zalizne, Severne, Yuzhne as the Emergency Service in Donetsk region reported.
