In 2018, 157 citizens of the Russian Federation, including 83 Russian spin doctors, were banned from entering Ukraine, the SBU State Security Service has said.

“In 2018, 157 citizens of the Russian Federation were banned from entering Ukraine, including 83 Russian spin doctors,” the press service of the SBU State Security Service wrote on Facebook on January 10 morning.
