Some 67 foreign advisers are working in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Vladyslav Litovchenko, head of the department for cooperation with international security organizations, deputy chief of the Main Directorate for Military Cooperation and Peacekeeping Operations of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has said.

“As of today, we have 67 foreign advisors working in the Armed Forces at all levels, including with their help 240 standards based on NATO standards were developed last year,” he said, speaking at the round table titled “Ukraine – NATO 2018. Forecasts and the main expected events.”

According to Litovchenko, in 2018, participation in exercises abroad is also planned. “Next year we plan to participate in the exercises, namely, 19 exercises. We expect that today or tomorrow, the Rada will adopt the law, and everything will be legitimate,” the representative of the General Staff of the Supreme Armed Forces said.
