The Donetsk water filtration station near Avdiyivka has again ceased its work as a result of shelling by illegal armed formations, Viacheslav Abroskin, the chief of the National Police department in Donetsk region, has said.

“Militants do not cease attacks on Avdiyivka. A male, born in 1955, received a shoulder shrapnel injury in the old part of the town, at 75 Shevchenka Street. He was in the garden during the incident. As of 20:00 local time, the Donetsk water filtration station was not functioning,” Abroskin wrote on his Facebook page late on April 5.
