Rinat Akhmetov gave explanations as a witness at the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) on Feb. 11, the businessman’s press service told Interfax-Ukraine.
“Indeed, Mr. Akhmetov was invited and visited the NABU on February 11 to give explanations as a witness. Mr. Akhmetov is always open to communicate with state bodies on issues of interest to them. We advise contacting NABU directly for comments on the contents of the conversation,” the press service said.
Earlier, the media published a photograph of Akhmetov leaving the NABU building.
