You're reading: Ambassador: No Ukrainians among casualties of attack in Finland’s Turku

No Ukrainians have been injured as a result of armed attacks in the Finnish city of Turku, the Ukrainian Ambassador to Finland Andriy Olefirov said.

“So far, there is no data about any Ukrainians among the casualties,” the ambassador wrote on Twitter.

He also published a police hotline number for reporting any information about the incident in Turku: +358 503499187, +358 503268089.

It was earlier reported several people were injured in an attack carried out by an unidentified assailant with a knife on pedestrians in Turku, Finland. Police are carrying out a special operation in Puutori and Kauppatori Squares in the city’s center.
