The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC) has allowed Estera Corporation Services Limited (the British Virgin Islands) to indirectly acquire a 25% stake in five dairy companies related to Continium Group.

According to the AMC, Estera Corporate Services Limited will become the indirect owner of a 25% stake in the charter capital of KanivSyrTrade LLC (Cherkasy region), Komo-Export LLC and Komo-Ukraine LLC (both based in Lutsk), PJSC Dubnomoloko (Rivne region), and Cheese Club LLC (Kyiv).

According to the unified state register of legal entities and individuals, the owners of these dairy companies are Stepan Ivakhiv, Roman Yeremeyev and Sofia Yeremeyeva, the children and successors of deceased Ihor Yeremeyev.

The main business areas of Continium are trade in fuel (the WOG network), food industry (Galychyna milk company, KOMO cheese producer, Cheese Club), telecommunications (International Telecommunication Company, formerly CDMA Ukraine), production of construction materials (Euroton brick producer), finance, and real estate.
