KHARKIV – The evaluation of the damage caused to infrastructure by the explosions of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s artillery depots near Balakliya in Kharkiv region is still continuing, Balakliya district state administration chief Stepan Maselskyi said.
“We are monitoring the situation. […] Schools and kindergartens have been damaged. Residential areas, both apartment blocks and private houses, have been severely affected,” Maselskyi told Interfax-Ukraine on March 24.
