Antje Grawe has been appointed as Deputy Chief Monitor of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (OSCE SMM); she previously worked with the United Nations, with the European Union and with the German government.
“This week, Antje Grawe joins the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission as Deputy Chief Monitor,” the OSCE SMM said on Facebook on March 15.
“Antje has a strong background in conflict prevention and resolution, having served in Afghanistan, Haiti, Pakistan, and Yemen,” it said.
Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug stepped down on Oct. 31, 2018.
