Associated Press: Ukraine says it will focus on reforms, not NATO membership

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko says his country will focus on reforms and will not seek NATO membership for the time being.

NATO has had a partnership with Ukraine for over 20 years. Ukraine is one of the biggest beneficiaries of NATO Trust Funds. The funds have paid for various projects including financial support for political and security sector reforms, help with cyber defence and medical rehabilitation for Ukrainian soldiers.
