Russian-backed separatists have damaged the power line to the town of Avdiyivka, Donetsk region, the town has been left without water, electricity and heating, Head of Donetsk Regional Military and Civil Administration Pavlo Zhebrivsky said.
“The filtration plant and the coking plant (which provides heat to Avdiyivka) have been de-energized, the city remains without water, without electricity and without heat,” Zhebrivsky wrote on his Facebook page.
