The power distribution system operator DTEK Energovuhillia ENE under a request of the supplier of last resort – state-owned enterprise Ukrinterenergo – on May 27, 2019 partially disconnected facilities of municipal enterprise Voda Donbasu from the power supply.

The press service of DTEK Energovuhillia ENE reported that residents of 16 settlements in Kostiantynivka and Torets districts of Donetsk regions and some residents of Bakhmut were left without water supply.

As of early April 2019, the debt of Voda Donbasu to Ukrinterenergo was Hr 277 million, and the debt to DTEK Energovuhillia ENE was over Hr 1 billion.
